Problem
Spout Hub is hard to turn from side to side on a Spray/Spout series kitchen faucet.

Cause
Body Housing may have excissive mineral build-up, Body Housing may be damaged, Spout Hub may be damaged.

Solution
You may need to clean and lubricate the Body Housing or replace the Body Housing and/or Spout Hub.
